Surprisingly very much and verify easily...

With so many fake news and hoaxes floating around the internet, one would believe people to become wiser with experience. In today's world, however, that too seems to be a lost art, the art of learning from experience.

All kind of people, rich or poor / young or old / man or woman / spiritual or atheist / educated or not, are all falling prey to this new malady.

In this age of information overflow, it's difficult not to be overwhelmed by the amount of information flying at us at speeds of light. Yet, it's surprising how ignorant people are about the basic art of information assimilation

Blinded by beliefs

Many people are so blind with their political beliefs that they don't realise how ridiculous they appear in their struggle to justify their beliefs.

Just sharing a interaction two of my friends had on a whatsapp group. One is a blind Modi hater and other is a blind Modi follower. The Modi hater forwarded a list of recent rapes involving BJP leaders/MLAs indifferent states.

The Modi supporter challenged him with a counter threat that he can  forward a list of Congress rapes and molestations in the last 40 years.

Both doesn't realise how much they are trivialing a very heinous crime. It doesn't make it any better or worse by identifying the political, religious, financial or social background of the culprits. Rape is a attack on humanity. Humans don't commit it. Who commits it are worse than animals.

And reasoning, that somebody did it, is not a justification for another group to indulge in crimes. If that's how one reasons for and justifies such criminals, even god may not be able to save such a person.

When will we realise that we are being  brainwashed to harbour so much hate. Brainwashed through the propaganda poison spewed by so called political and religious workers? When can we stop believing all the rumours, allegations and instead use our own judgement to shape our opinions?

For all Modi lovers, please don't embarass Modi by saying that Congress did it, hence BJP is justified in doing the same crime. Dear Modi lover, Congress has ruined this country and they were punished in the last election. Modi was elected to restore normalcy. You say he is the only option available. And then you justify everything wrong done by BJP, by saying Congress also did the same things. Mr. Modi lover, have you lost the plot?

And your favourite phrase, "he has got only 4 years to change the ills of the past 60 years of mis-governance."

Dear bhakt, it took only 4 years to show that you are no different from Congress in having a dark mind. Don't change India in 4 years, atleast show that you have an intention.
